Psych E/M Pro for prescribing providers streamlines outpatient mental health charting and billing. The E/M calculator derives the code from the templates in your dictated chart notes and warns you if your chart note is incomplete for the given code. Psychotherapy add-on codes are computed from the number of minutes of psychotherapy that you enter into the chart note. Insurance claims are created automatically from the chart note. You can send the claims electronically, print CMS-1500 forms for mailing or print a billing sheet for your medical biller. Any prescriptions you document are all compiled into a comprehensive log history of medications for each patient. The history of vitals that you record can be viewed in the vitals log. Chart at home or in your office. Chart notes can be up to six pages in length. Print them for filing. Back them up to your Mac or PC via iTunes. Psych E/M Pro is not a web app. Your chart notes are stored locally on your iPad and are backed up through iTunes to your desktop or laptop computer. The are always immediately available to you without an internet connection
